General Information

---All of the goods on www.shoesfield.com we offer only high quality only to you with all original box, card　etc..

---All of the shoes on www.shoesfield.com  are brand new in their original packing unless otherwise noted.

---All shoes run true to size. You can order sizes 7-13 including half sizes.

---All goods must be paid in full before shipped. 

Coustom Issues

--We have no way to responsible for any actions customs takes against your package. If your package is held at customs we will attempt to have it released; if there is Nothing we can do and you WILL NOT be offered a refund!

--All packages must be signed for. If there is no one at home to receive your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.

--In some countries, there will be a customs charge applied to your package. Buyer is responsible for all customs charges (duty and tax) applied to your package.

--www.shoesfield.com DOES NOT offer COD.

Return / Exchange

--We accept 100% exchange, if you don’t like the shoes anymore or the shoes are in wrong size, wrong color and so on.

--The buyer should be responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us! NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you credit and an exchange.

--Customers must fill out our Return/Exchange form within 5 days of receiving shoes to get an exchange on the shoes.The shoes must be in their original condition and packaging.

--If your shoes are accepted for exchange we will notify you with instructions on how to mail it back to us.
